Please fill out the following form to RSVP your attendance to our open house. All sessions are held from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM (approximately 90 minutes) on the Saturday dates listed below. We are located at 7567 Amador Valley Blvd., Suite 300, Dublin, CA. The Open House meetings are for adults only and we cannot accommodate for all children. We therefore request that you make arrangements to attend without your child present.
